These are our economy grade brushes ideal for one use and throwaway however they are Solvent resistant so can be cleaned in acetone. These brushes are primarily designed as throw aways but can be effectively cleaned and re-used again. Once thoroughly cleaned dry out the brush and store, leaving them soaking in acetone may reduce their life span.
These brushes are ideal for laminating due to their firm but flexible bristle head, however they can be prone to the odd bristle loss so avoid using them for gelcoating unless the project is not critical, and you can live with the odd bristle in your gelcoat. The best brushes for gelcoat application would be our deluxe laminating brush or our all-plastic brush.
