Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us, and we try to give you as much information as possible to help you decide on the right products to buy.

We understand that returns are necessary sometimes, and we accept returns for any reason within 14 days as long as the goods are in their original containers and in a saleable condition. We will ask you to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that we may not be able to accept returns for bespoke products such as coloured gelcoats/flowcoats/pigments we have made for you, and this policy does not apply to business customers, although we will always try to assist and treat each instance individually.
