Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 you are entitled to return goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the goods (but not of delivery costs) as long as the goods are in the original containers and in a saleable condition. The customer is liable for the cost of returning of goods to our premises. The regulations do not apply to bespoke products such as coloured gelcoats/ flowcoats, resins or pigments; and custom-made items like fibreglass panels etc, and we may not be able to accept the return of these items, although each case will be treated on an individual basis.

The consumer Regulations do not apply to business purchases (B2B) but we will always try to assist.
