Our CG110 Gelcoat Spraying Gun comes standard with a 4mm nozzle, suitable for various sprayable gelcoats. However, for gelcoats with different viscosities or thicker resins, alternate nozzle sizes may be more effective. We offer a selection of nozzles in various bore sizes to meet these needs.
Purchasing Options
Individual nozzles are available in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5mm bore sizes. Alternatively, a set of 4 nozzles (1, 2, 3, and 5mm) can be purchased, complementing the 4mm nozzle that comes with the gun.
Installation Instructions
Replacing the nozzle is straightforward: simply unscrew the old one and screw in the new one by hand. To prevent damage to the delicate brass material, avoid using tools or excessive force during installation.
O-ring Replacement
The O-ring on each nozzle can wear out over time. Replacement O-rings for the CG110 Gelcoat Spraying Cup Gun are available. To replace, unscrew the nozzle using the CG110 Gun's included tool if it's tighter than hand-tight. Carefully remove the old O-ring without damaging the brass, clean the recess, and place the new O-ring. Reattach the nozzle to the gun lid, ensuring it's only finger-tight.
