ECF Christmas Opening and Delivery Information
Last Dispatch Day for Next Working Day service will be Friday 20th Dec on orders placed before 1pm.
For all orders required before Christmas Eve please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment as there may be delays by couriers due to higher volumes of parcels leading up to Christmas. NEXT DAY delivery may not be guaranteed during the festive period for this reason. Please note that cut off time for next day delivery is 1.00pm, this is a next working day service and does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Any small parcel orders placed after the 20th of December may still be sent out and delivered by our reduced number of elves working over the festive period, but we offer no guarantees on dispatch or delivery dates. Pallet deliveries i.e. those orders over 100kg or containing 25ltr, 225ltr quantities will not be dispatched until we return on the 2nd January.
Normal service will resume when we return on the 2nd of January. However, our trade counter and offices will be open on the following days should you wish to contact us or visit :
