Tancast 10 is a polyurethane (PU) foam, Tancast can be easily machined and cut and sanded with hand tools enabling small prototypes to be made and can also be used in the model making industry.
When machining, a fine foam structure is exposed. This product is also resistant to polyester resins and epoxy resins which makes it ideal for sheathing with fibreglass if required.
Medium Density 160kg /m3. pu foam sheets. cfc free. all compliant with environmental legislation.
Please note a full size of board starts at 2mtr x 1mtr, we cut them down to size for ease of transportation.
